✈️ Transport & Collection Options
At BritRoyal, we understand that not every family lives locally. We regularly assist families throughout New South Wales and interstate, helping ensure each kitten arrives safely and comfortably at their new home.
Whether you're collecting your kitten in person or arranging transport, we're happy to guide you through the process.

🏡 Collection Day
As we are located out of town, kitten collections are generally arranged by prior appointment at Bain Park, Wauchope NSW 2446.
This provides a convenient meeting location for both local and travelling families while allowing us to maintain the privacy and biosecurity of our cattery.
Collection day is a special occasion, and we'll ensure you leave with all relevant paperwork, care information and ongoing support before welcoming your new family member home.
✈️ Qantas Pet Travel
For interstate families, we commonly use Qantas Pet Travel.
We prefer booking directly through Qantas where possible, as this often reduces unnecessary third-party fees while still providing a safe and professional transport service.
Airline-Approved Travel Crates
All kittens travelling by air must have a suitable airline-approved travel crate.
BritRoyal Cattery can supply a PP20 travel crate for $95, which becomes the property of the purchasing family. Alternatively, families may supply their own suitable crate, provided it meets the airline's requirements and is delivered to BritRoyal before the scheduled flight.
Flight costs and travel crates are additional expenses and are not included in the kitten's purchase price.
Prior to travel, kittens are provided with:
✔ Health documentation where required
✔ Secure airline-approved travel crate
✔ Food and water preparations
✔ Identification and transport details
🚗 Road Transport & Alternative Transport Options
For families unable to collect their kitten in person, road transport may be available through reputable pet transport providers.
We are happy to assist with exploring suitable transport options, including interstate delivery, depending on your location and the availability of transport services.
All arrangements are discussed individually, with your kitten's safety, comfort and wellbeing remaining our priority.
Transport costs are additional and will be quoted based on your location and chosen provider.
🤝 Support Throughout the Process
Transporting a kitten can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time owners.
We provide ongoing guidance throughout the transport process and are always available to answer questions leading up to collection day.
Our goal is to make your kitten's journey home as smooth and stress-free as possible.
